Console area is great - Faceplate not so! Jan 10, 2010

Heres the deal about the Xbox 360 Skin - Carbon Fiber, from SystemSkins. The packaging was great, as well as delivery.. one word.. fast. The directions are clearly stated, but no pictures, just words. The ability for the skin to cover the console without leaving air bubbles or being out of line, was really good. You do need an extra set of patient hands for it to go on smooth. The faceplate skin does not line up well, and in no way can you put it on without some type of crinkle. The same can be said about the controller. We however simply purchased this skin kit for the console section, because elsewhere on Amazon, for a little over $2.50 you can buy a Carbon Fiber Faceplate! By the way the skin pictured above, is DARKER - the same EXACT color as the Carbon Fiber Faceplate.

Skin went on great (for my cousin) exept for the controller skins. They should really have slits in them since they go on such a contoured suface, the reason for a 4 star rating.
Fast shipping, arrived in great condition.
Cousin said it looked "Bad @$$!" in his words, but he said it was a pain to put on. Not much more to say. Looks good, but you may need help putting in on.
He put this faceplate on the stock one, and said it looked alright, but not as well as this one Xbox 360 Faceplates Carbon
