The picture is wrong. Moreover, the charging cable doesn't go into the standard plug in front of the controller, so you can't use standard cables to charge it.

Well it works just fine, but you should know a few things before you order it.
1) The battery only charges with a USB cable Included with it, then plug USB cable in front of Xbox and charge.
2) not built by Microsoft, but do work well.
3) again works well, does what it should do, just will not charge in my charger, only will charge with USB cable.
Hope this helps you make up your mind on this purchase.
