Works fine, but picture is deceptive. Oct 14, 2011

I bought this because it was cheap and I needed a replacement for my original headset, which was crunched into a hundred tiny pieces by my bulldog.
Now, I only had 2 things I wanted in a new headset. NOT in-line volume/mute, and NOT left ear only.
I got the regular volume/mute that connects to the controller, that's fine. What bothers me is the picture is flipped. This is a one way headset that requires you to wear it on the left side. They need to mention this in the description or turn the headset over for the picture. Simple. There's no reason these things shouldn't be reversible anyway.
I'm partially deaf in my left ear, so this is kind of a problem. I'm not seeking a return because it was only 4-5 dollars, but I am not particularly happy about it.

Fast shipping--exactly what i expected it to be. Works great and is an awesome price. You can hear on it clearly and others hear you clearly.

It worked great for about a week. Problem is that the wire going into the connector that attaches to the controller isn't even glued or anything so it pulled out for no reason. Also it won't attach to controllers for the xbox that aren't made by Microsoft. They must be curved a little differently so the big chunky plug won't fit snug.
